Heute ist es endlich soweit; Beth Revis' letzter Band der Across-the-Universe-Reihe erscheint auf englisch im Handel! Freut sich noch jemand so sehr wie ich?
Auf ihrem Blog hat die Autorin als kleinen Anheizer eine Kurzgeschichte veröffentlicht, die Fans gratis lesen dürfen: As they slip away spielt zeitlich vor Amys Aufwachen im ersten Band und beleuchtet einige der bereits bekannten Charaktere etwas genauer, dreht sich wohl aber hauptsächlich um Selene und ihre Beziehung zu Luthor, dem wohl meistgehassten Charakter der Buchreihe.

Auch Selene tauchte in beiden Büchern bereits als namenlose Statistin auf. Ich bin gespannt, welche Hintergrundgeschichte sich hier offenbart und finde es persönlich immer toll, die Geschehnisse auch aus der Sicht der 'Gegenpartei' zu betrachten... Vielleicht stellen sich Elder und Orion ja als die wahren Fieslinge heraus ;-) Die Beschreibung lässt jedenfalls schon ein paar Schlüsse zu:
